Shipping policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We process orders in our warehouse from 8am to 2pm Mondays to Fridays. If your order is placed on a bank holiday, after 1:30pm, late on a Friday or over the weekend, your order will be despatched on the following working day.

Please allow 2-5 days for your order to arrive.

We charge a flat rate of £3.50 for all deliveries to the UK Mainland. Orders over the value of £50 qualify for free shipping.

OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS:

ROYAL MAIL

We use Royal Mail Large Letter 2nd Class for all "postable" sized orders.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard orders

We use DHL Parcel UK for bulkier orders, such as fileboxes.
